Colin started at BrüMate as a specialist answering tickets during the height of COVID and was the Associate Director of Customer Experience prior to his departure. He joined The Feed as its Director of Customer Experience in late 2023. From running a great CX program to infusing his team with positive philosophies, Colin has become a deep source of knowledge on all things CS.
