To support this mission, we partner with Level Access, a trusted third-party accessibility provider. Through their Accessibility-as-a-Service platform, we continuously evaluate, remediate, and maintain the accessibility of our websites and mobile applications.
As part of this partnership, we offer assistive technology designed to support individuals with disabilities, including those with low vision and motor impairments. This technology, accessible via a recognizable icon on our digital properties, includes tools such as keyboard and mouse replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, and hands-free or touch-free navigation. These features not only enhance navigation and usability but also serve as ADA-required auxiliary aids and communication supports.
We strive to substantially conform to Level A and Level AA Success Criteria and Conformance Requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and its Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
To maintain these standards, we provide accessibility training to employees responsible for designing, developing, managing, and maintaining our digital content and platforms. Additionally, we conduct regular accessibility audits of our websites and key products — including our Chat and Help Center — to ensure continued compliance and usability for all.
