The Omneo Gorgias integrations enables Omneo clients to quickly access and edit customer profile and loyalty data directly within the Gorgias agent interface ensuring any changes are instantly synchronised back to the brands entire CX ecosystem.

Specify tags and attributes for customer profiles can be pushed to Gorgias to ensure that any inbound tickets can be properly routed to the right team members, even if it's their very first interaction with the help desk.

All relevant customer, staff and loyalty information is available natively within the Gorgias agent interface.

Omneo data is available for use within Gorgias macros using gorgias back-office variables. This can be used to prefill loyalty, aggregations or custom attributes.

Sophisticated loyalty and incentive mechanics can be tracked and edited for individual customers (and staff) directly while solving issues.
